How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Sign in with password instead," then tap "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or manage your TurfTrack subscription.
My data disappeared after logging in on a new device.
Make sure you're signing in with the same email address you used when you created your account. Each account's data is tied to that login.
Can I use TurfTrack on multiple properties?
TurfTrack is designed for a single property with multiple zones. Multi-property support is on our roadmap for a future update.
