- Yard and lawn data: Information you enter about your yards, including size, grass type, fertilizer applications, treatments, tasks, and journal entries
- Support communications: Messages you send through the in-app support chat

- To provide and maintain the TurfTrack app and your account
- To store and sync your lawn care data across sessions
- To respond to support requests
- To send transactional emails related to your account or support escalations
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We do not sell your data to third parties.

TurfTrack uses the following third-party services:
- Clerk — for authentication and account management
- Supabase — for data storage
- Resend — for support-related email delivery
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@turftrack.ai.
Children's Privacy
TurfTrack is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
